Ronald E. Solomon is a forth generation, native Floridian who was raised in Fort Myers. He completed his undergraduate work at Stetson University then earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Cumberland Law School in 1969. Following graduation, he joined the Wicker, Smith law firm and became the first associate in their Fort Lauderdale office. During the ensuing years, Mr. Solomon handled numerous jury trials defending clients in personal injury and coverage litigation. He was a founding partner in the firm of Pyszka, Kessler, Adams and Solomon. In 1978, he launched his own successful practice and continued in the defense of carriers, and their insureds, as well as a number of national corporations. He has tried a wide variety of jury cases including auto accidents, defective products, fall down accidents, general liability and medical malpractice.

   In 2000, Mr. Solomon closed his defense practice and proudly became associated in Key West with the Law Offices of Manuel E. Garcia, P.A. He is engaged solely in the firm's personal injury practice representing clients who are seriously injured by acts of negligence or wrongdoing. The office is equipped to handle virtually any type of injury litigation.

   Mr. Solomon is licensed in all courts of Florida as well as the Federal District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar and the Monroe County Bar Association. He has addressed numerous client oriented legal education seminars. He is a proud, regular member of the American Trial Lawyers Association as well as The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He is a former member of the Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Insurance Counsel.

   In private life, Ron Solomon is passionate in his concern for animal welfare. He enjoys fishing, snow skiing, motor sports, golf, and travel. He maintains many long time friendships and looks forward to making new ones in Key West.
